    Right ho!

For those of you who have not remembered, the centre is booked from Saturday 5th to Tuesday 8th September

I will be PMing those who have said they want to come & either not confirmed, or more seriously, not coughed up It may be that if we cannot get the numbers, we may have to pay a bit more in order to keep the centre to ourselves.

I have just checked easyjet, who fly to Inverness. They have flights to & from London & Bristol for about £40 each way, which is more expensive than it was. The joys of waiting.

    More soon chaps

Ryanair east Midlands to Inverness is showing £5 each way plus taxes etc. for the day before and after. Prob work out about £60/£70 return.

I have another wee group of folk that may be willing to piggy back in the centre if we can't fill. I play the bodhran and am just back from a wee session weekend in N.Ireland. They want a return match in the heelans...so we would get musical entertainment in the evenings too!

Just a thought if it was going to work out as a poor turn out from SRP side.

C'mon folks - we are house trained up here you know

    cheers
    Stephen

The middle of peace and quiet and modern facilities. I agree about switching it around - next year sunny Wales or maybe England - again... how about Ireland? Who wants to organise 2010? Or shall we all go to Italy Chimensch? I'm glad it's coming to Scotland this year and up to Kintail - for those who have never ventured forth from darkest south, come and see what traffic jams mean to me...

I know the answer to that one. It's a sheep lying in the road.

Awww come on Steve!! You're not that old, there has to be one more adventure in you yet. Do we have to tempt you with lollipops??

Besides, Spike says there are 2 bedrooms in the leaders flat. We've already offered Dov & Grazia one and we were going to offer you and Mrs Blue the other.

I'm new to Straight Shaving, but would love to meet the community you have here, heck my # of shaves is still in single digits.

I would have gladly joined you in Kintail, but that week I've booked a holiday in Kos with my partner.

Unlucky, Hopefully I will be able to join you next year.

Hey, welcome to the forum Joseph and to the little UK corner on SRP.

It is a bit of a bugger that you can't join us this year, but yes, there will be next year. We're all pretty much insane, enjoy our blades, booze and a good old chin wag so jump in whenever you want to.

Oi Silver just you speak for yourself I’m not insane and booze does not touch my lips (I manage quite well to miss them and go straight down the throat) (or the tube up the nose works as well) so I will not sit here and stand for these slanderous remarks that I resemble, I will put my foot down with a heavy hand and demand an aperitif I mean an apology oh just pass the bottle will ya
And welcome Joseph to the happy family
