I think we can start gathering about 1100 and finish around 1700 or so. I don't have any evening meal planned but there are a couple decent establishments close by.

Saturday works better for me as well. And, if we get some members that are driving a fair distance, they may prefer Sat vs. Sun to still have a day off to prepare for the work week?

Saturday/Sunday, eh. Either is fine. Saturday may be maybe a bit better for me. My vote is in for Saturday (or Sunday if that works better for the crowd). Goodness, can I vacillate well or what? I really just need to know when to bring the coffee. Where would help a bunch.

Saturday Nov 15th works best for me.
