Sounds like I will be bringing the whole family -- Sarah and her 5 yo daughter -- in the family truckster. Sarah will be in touch with Wanda regarding food plans. She loves to cook, whereas I mostly love to eat and don't mind doing the dishes.

NOW we have a plan for Mark...
Regarding the food, Wanda has planned the main courses for both days. We were thinking this morning that it would be interesting (if people wish to bring something) that people bring whatever they like. It will create a varied set of options for snacks and meal sides. I know Rob said something about sourdough. Most members are varied in their beer selections. Let us know what you would desire to bring.

Thanked: 13245Right now the plan is both days,
The road going Bye Bye from all that water might put a crimp in those plans.. we lost a culvert and the road is basically gone, so I am deciding if we (the neighbors and I) are going to repair it, or if I am going to just have it done

The menu is coming together great. I have meat ordered and recipes prepared. I have not arranged for any beer to be there (or any other drink)if anyone would like to bring their favorite kind to share that would be great. Gerrit could bring some soft beer again.

As a new member I would love to meet you guys in person but it's a bit too far for me being from Vancouver. Sounds like it will be an amazing time and I look forward to hearing (and hopefully seeing in pictures) how it went.
