Just honed up one of my "Not A Replica" Hart .

Ive had this one for many years and its taken some abuse.
I shaved with it today, BBS but that was with effort. So I got the scope out, no holds barred

Went through 5 Naguras and finished with a DMT slurry .
The HHT results are ridiculous . But will the edge hold up and will it be smooth? I think so but until next week I wont know for sure..
    Cheers

Did a full progression from 4K to finish on the Nakayama with the C-Mon and Filarmonica but just a 12k and Nakayama touchup on the Koraat and BBRW’s Damascus

Quite a mixed bunch in for honing this weekend including a very nice vintage Le Grelot 8/8 monster.

Just shaved with this blade. From the first stroke I knew it was special.
Totally smooth and extremely sharp .
Hart Steel razors are exceptional when they are dialled in properly ..
    Cheers..
(I will spend a lot of tonight and tomorrow morning touching my face (weirdo) ha )

Only the single Henckels in today only needed to go back to the 5K, 8K, 12K, 20K.
