Happy Memorial Day weekend! Bevel set with a King 1/6 Icebear acquired from Neil. It’s smaller than the Chosera 1K but works just fine.

Cutting steel with the Salm coticule

Finish on Iwasaki select with some cake batter Nakayama Kiita golden slurry. Le Jags are awesome shavers. Enjoy

Refreshing a TI frameback on a Naniwa 12k, then stripped on CrOx. The Red Imp and W & B got the CrOx also.

Got a Charnley Forest recently and took it for a spin last night. Got this 7/8 Rodgers recently as well. Set the bevel on Chosera 1k and then took it to a coticule and then the CF with Smith's honing solution. The edge looked less than ideal under the scope but the resulting shave was wonderfully smooth. I'm really looking forward to putting some miles on the CF. First impression is A+.

Just got done honing up this Krusius Brothers, Black Demon. Finished it on a vintage Thuri I'm really starting to like a lot. Leaves a fantastic edge.

Got this crazy F A Koch through the 12k Naniwa yesterday. What a pain to hold onto.
You SHALL swoop this razor! And go SLOWLY! Thank goodness for the Lipshaw strop. I would not get near a hanging strop with it!
