Looks like you've gotten yourself a nice natural combination stone there!

    Here are my coticules!

The larger one is a nice hard 8"x2" that I got from Howard specifically for polishing purposes. The smaller one is a nice 6"x1 1/4" vintage glued combinition stone. The slurry stone is also a glued combination stone.

    Here are the pictures:

The first couple are of the coticule side of all the stones. The last picture is of the BBW side of the vintage and the slurry stone (I didn't feel the slate back of the large one was worth photographing). The BBW side of the slurry stone is actually quite reddish and produces a distinctly red-hued slurry.

    Enjoy!

    Nice clean looking hones.
Is the vintage one exactly 6 inches?

    Just measured it, it's 6 1/8" (6 5/32" to be exact ).

Cheers, it's odd, why this 1/8th over all the time on old hones
    Why? I wonder.
