Whaha I do that also.. last time when I get eat spare ribes I get a dull knive and they have no sharp one. I offer to sharping al of they knives and Let them see how easy spare ribes are to eat with a sharp knive. I used my own pocket knive and they mouth stand open for some time.
They have Let them knives sharpened after that. (Not by me but by professionals )Hirlau likes this.

That looks to be about a 3 inch blade, no problem in Arizona. Mine is about a 3.5 inch blade. If you get stopped out here, just tell them you have a knife before they ask you. If it's hidden, like in your boot that's a big No-No!HARRYWALLY likes this.
