Fried breakfast special No.5.... The Five doesn't mean anything,I just thought it sounded good is all. Beef pattie with smoked paprika n sage, cabbage potato cake, fried oatmeal (yes you heard correct ) two eggs over easy and fried bread and some hot coffee ! Oh yes ....all fried in bacon grease.

If you're at all curious,the fried oatmeal is the steel cut oats.Just pour the cooked oats into a pan or plate and let cool. Then cut out slices and fry in fat of choice .......a little salt and pepper maybe some But'r and you're good to go. Deeeeelish !!
