Thanked: 13245Success !!!!!!! Finally
So about a month ago I stumbled across a Vid on youtube, can't even remember what search I was actually using, something about the tractor no doubt of how to make the "Perfect French Omelet"... I got drawn in, as I have always considered myself a rather good Breakfast cook, and the wife has always like my omelets.. After all these weeks this morning was finally the perfect combination of heat, combined with pan movement, and spatula gymnastics to produce the desired result, a fully cooked, light fluffy triple folded omelet filled with Gooey Cheese and no Browning on the outside.. That seemed to be the part that was eluding me, I could get everything just about together but always left a little browned egg on the outside...
It also takes just the right amount of Butter vs Olive Oil melted in the pan to get the Butter flavor but not the Browned look...
I know I know the wife already said it, "Easy there OCD boy, they taste fine with a bit of brown" but I just wanted to see if I could do it
My first perfect one
Probably will take me another month to repeat it hehehe
BTW it tasted great
