    Yep, it's lean and higher protein than beef. I wouldn't know that it could be compared to anything other than itself. I like it. It's a stronger flavour and it sits well with me, as I like strong flavours. Some not used to wild meats might not go for it though.

    This morning I had a well fired roll with bacon. It tasted amazing lol. I have a love for well fired rolls

    Yeah, I like it too, though it is easily dried out due to the lack of fat.

    The Russian front on a plate ! Sort of....went to the Russian market tonight again. Dinner was......Latvian dark rye w/ smoked mackerel dill and good Russian sour cream . Sour gherkins and Hunters sausage and a nice glass of Kvas. For dessert,..cherry peirogi with cherry sauce and sour cream and some good black tea ! Gooood eats !! Name:  001.jpg
