WARNING if you are a cardiologist or a heart patient look at this no further. I wouldn't recommend eating this every night.......but I would recommend eating it at least once...here we go............Cinnamon pancake cooked in coconut oil , shmeared with peanut butter and butter and topped with maple syrup. Yep.........this ones goin right to my a-- and stayin there .....sooooo good though!
