I've never heard of a Kodiak Power Cake. It looks like a pancake. What is different about it? I googled the ingredients and it looks like the pancakes I always make from scratch.

Tc's right and the added protein really keeps you going with no carb crash later. No muss or fuss and they're real....that's rare and nice in my book. I had breakfast up and running in about 15 min this morning and had I would of made from scratch I would have had to have had milk and eggs of which I had none. Try them and you'll see, these are not spineless cakes.

    Asian Brekkie ...............
Stir fried pork, spinach, bok choy, ginger, with just a seasoning of sesame oil,soy sauce and orange sauce, top with a fried egg,.....a little watermelon and grape juice to round it out. Delicious and healthy.
