Huevos Rancheros - Ranch Eggs
Simply one of my favorite dishes, but making them takes dedication hehehe
I made a large batch of Colorado Chili Verde some time back, I just pulled out my very last freezer bag of it
This meant only one thing could be made with the last little bit left
Huevos Rancheros !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Used the Carbon Steel Lodge pan for the eggs, made this mess to be slurped down for yesterday's "Brunch"
Life is good, so was this
