    I wish I had a back yard to have some chickens ! Eggs in this country are ridiculous. In Japan the eggs are of such good quality you can eat'em raw without worry...go back a few posts and you'll see a fine example of hot white rice with an egg stirred in and a bit of soy sauce...that's fresh !

    The wife really wants to have a chicken coop in the backyard yard. I'm not a fan of the idea having had to take care of chickens as a kid.

    I started with large hot.dogs that they call polish sausage on the package and put it over toast.

    I didn't take a picture but that's funny, we had the granddaughters for the weekend so Nana and the girls could do a movie and spa, I got up and made biscuits and gravy too. And I agree, more gravy! Tc
