These days my breakfast is a big glass of vegetable juice. It took me a while but I've finally reached the point where I'm kind of used to the taste and no longer have have to drink it by the sink as I fight to keep everything down. I begrudgingly admit that I feel better for having it as well.

Well ...... whenever you want to come back to your senses and the land of porky goodness, we'll be waiting with open arms. In the meantime...enjoy the begrudging glass of vegetable juice.......you do know that a glass of that stuff with a little toast n mite is okay too right ?

Well I never really had it for breakfast food, but I drank a lot of the 'V8' brand juice over in the US. I never did find anyone that knew how to make iced coffee the Australian way.

Sorry mate. Nothing fancy. Take two heaped teaspoons or thereabouts of instant coffee and place them in your receptacle of choice along with sweetener of choice. Add just a dash of boiling water to dissolve (stirring helps). Fill receptacle with ice cold, fresh, full cream milk. Enjoy. Measurements may need adjusting depending on taste and receptacle size.

I have and have also made it with fresh brewed as well. But I'm not a coffee snob so I'm good either way. And as you know, bein the tea guy I am. I'm okay with instant coffee hot or cold where as some would balk at that.

When I was a wee sprat, apparently I loved tomato juice and V8......now I can drink about a shot of it and then I'm good for 5 years.

Yes, I've had it with fresh brewed as well. Either is good with me too. How it always got made for me was fresh brewed, black with ice thrown in. Disgusting!
