Could take photos later, but they won't be pretty:-). I love fruit toast, you have to warm your plate for toast, either over the toaster or with boiling water (remove water before applying toast), butter each slice once so the butter melts in, then start again with the first one so the butter doesn't totally melt. I could get very fat on fruit toast.

Well apart from already having a sore back, I live in a hot climate, so seeing a dugong in boardshorts is not pretty for anyone. Also I am an electrician, so roofspaces are a pain anyway without getting any bigger, and even when I was a bit thinner I got stuck getting out of a Sub floor. So the short is if I get too fat I can't work, if I can't work I can't eat, if I can't eat I can't get fat.

Thanked: 983Well then you would be back working again in no time. Think of it as an holiday health retreat instead of un-employment. When I weighed myself the other day, I thought I might invest in a new set of scales. I was looking at a brand called Richter. I reckon they might do the job superbly!

Thanked: 983Todays breakfast...I was beaten to the punch by the wife and kids. They took some of my sausages and rissoles the buggers! But first up, a shot of my place mat for those that may have been curious
Brekky pre-tomato sauce, salt and pepper!
