We could call it, "What drugs I'm on today, just so's you don't have to ask." Or perhaps, "If you were on my planet, you wouldn't have to ask!" . Maybe even, and this one is based on what I'm hearing at the moment, "What I do to overcome my wife's snoring from two rooms away!"

All right, so it isn't brekky time here yet, but I'm tossing up between oats soaked over night in some water and yoghurt and fruit added prior to consumption, Eggs on toast, though I am trying to avoid carbs as much as possible, or perhaps something simple like Weet-bix with full cream milk and some fruit for sweetening.

    Bircher muesli isn't it?
I am learning to keep my views on stuff that will incur the wrath of the mods to myself.

Thought that was the fancy name fir soaked oats with other stuff in.
Anyway, bung some sultanas in the night before too, and add grated apple. LSA is nice in it too. Yes I did mean LSA before anyone tries to get smart.

This is actually morning tea time (am working nights), but will have the same at brekkie, before I go to bed.
Persimmon, pink lady apple and a mango and passionfruit yoghurt, all served on an improvised plate.
Does anyone else find the experience of eating an apple that you cut slices off as you go more enjoyable than just eating an apple. Its not the "getting to use a knife" thing which I am sure will be raised but the actual eating, maybe because you don't have to open your mouth so wide or something.

NO NO NO,Brussel sprouts are the food of the gawds.
You have to buy them fresh on the stock, pick what you want to cook, peel the outer leaves, cut the stem off, score an X on the bottom.
In a cast iron dutch oven, melt a little bacon grease.Into the pot go the sprouts, some shallots, some garlic, some tiny red spuds (skin on)
Cut some Kilbasa into one inch pces, into the pot.
Roast in a 350 oven (no lid on the pot) until done,a meal to die for

yes well , isnt food just another drug ? Please consider all the salts , fats and other nasties including caffeine, alcohol, growth hormones et al .

I know hippies stink and I am not one ! even I hate eating bircher . and muscili is a waste of good grains and fruits.

just for the record drug use besides booze caffeine and tobacco is verboten for anyone under 9 years of age.

carry on with the cardiac killers.

Assuming all the light coloured bits are garlic, which I assume they are, this goes without saying, eh.:-)

Don't understand all this egg terminology, is that a hardish poached egg? Whereas easy is googy/runny?
Don't even get me started on coffee. Half strength skinny decaf dry soy cappuccino.
    Latte - milky coffee.
    Tall white - coffee
    Tall black - black coffee
    Venti - massive
    Grande - large
And why the heck is hot coffee served in glasses with a paper napkin wrapped around it so you don't burn yourself, mugs were invented years ago, they have a handle So that you can hold hot drinks without burning yourself.
I hate coffee shop jargon, it is like people have made up some sort of code based on sounding as pretentious as possible. Vent over.
Please note this was not aimed at your eggs over easy.
