Unless you're diabetic, in which case the honey might have a hand in killing you ! Looks good jmsodpc. If I wasn't such a sugar phobe (most of the time, but not all), I reckon I might join you in one of those for brekky.

Try Kefir , it's drinkable yogurt. Just gives you another choice to break up the monotony.

Honey is better for ya than sugar. I only use the sug fer tea now , but then again, honey is good fer that too. So Carling I am.

I find sugar has a more neutral flavour.

I find no sugar is a more natural flavour. Sugar is only a fairly recent addition to our diets, and not one that is good for us humans. Sadly it is added to many (nigh on all) of the processed foods (along with Salt), and I wouldn't put it past being corporate greed in having us all addicted to a product that does absolutely nothing for us. Well nothing good anyway. And is great for a companies profits.

I should've, but I only made up a small amount for my own use and I'm still getting my balances just right. I wouldn't have made it (Curry) at all, except for the fact that my culinary repertoire has been exhausted after a fortnight straight of cooking dinner for everyone...And the fact that I'm sick of feeding the kids snags...

Darn, another addiction, agreed it isnt natural, well it is sort of, but I know where you are coming from. U fortunately I have more than a slight sweet tooth. Honey in porridge, but sugar in coffee, honey in chai, sugar, or honey, or maple syrup, or chocolate spread, or jam on pancakes. Well unless they are cheese and mushroom savoury ones.
I am currently listening to the new "neighbours" theme, it is terrible, what happened to the old one (probably 15 years since I saw an episode of neighbors, Carl and Susan are still in it and really havent aged much at all)
