    Always thought they were a cornish thing, but I am sure there is a Devonian variant. Why would anyone put the jam on top. What fools.I love scones that are homemade, savoury ones are lush.

    GAWD! You guys eat like KINGS! I have been polishing off a tupperware of these rolls with egg, cheese and Hilshire Farms little smokies at the shop all week. Banana and veg juice, of course!
