Just to make things even more confusing, there are those that believe the proper Devon way is to have the jam on top of the cream, and that cream on top of jam is the Cornish way.

GAWD! You guys eat like KINGS! I have been polishing off a tupperware of these rolls with egg, cheese and Hilshire Farms little smokies at the shop all week. Banana and veg juice, of course!

Rye bread, - one slice with homemade raspberry and redcurrant jam, (No, I didn't make it)
- the other one with goat cheese.
And some more coffee.
