    It was snowing outside so I needed something hot, sweet and filling.

    Otto...it's maple time over here as we speak...sugar shacks are boiling sap like crazy...do they do that in Norway too ???

    No, I talked the Manager at the local general store into stocking maple syrup (from Canada) when I moved back to Norway, from Seattle. It is selling pretty well too.

    Yes, Maple Syrup from Quebec, it flows in our blood, which is why we dominate in Hockey.

    Couple of years ago, was very scary here in Canada, a national crisis when someone stole virtually an entire harvest of Maple Syrup, over $30 million bucks worth!
