Yummy omelette, with spinach, tomatoes, chia seed, hot sauce, and lots of love.

I had to add some feta cheese.

Still enjoyed every bite, despite the poor execution. Can't help it when I look outside at the beautiful weather, while sipping at a cup of caffe' corretto, and everyone else is still sleeping.
    Have a great Sunday everyone!

Looks very different than what we got here. Might taste the same though.
We have blood sausage availabe in only one region, Häme or Tavast in internstional.
Guess that is popular there in Häme but sort of no-no elsewhere.

However. We have blood pancakes all over and those are yammy with fresh lingonberries.

That was fried crispy. Maybe too much.

Called black pudding here, sounds a bit more appetizing than blood sausage maybe. Love it, our local butcher makes it and it is the best. Others I have tried are a bit too sweet.
