    Nice and simple:
Two eggs, quinoa, black pepper, few shakes of Cholula, and a few cups of joe.

This mornings breakfast was mostly leftovers from the freezer.
Omelette, thick bacon slices & frankfurters. Karelian pies. Rye bread with gouda. Strawberry soup.

That looks delicious. Morning oats is my second favorite breakfast "go to " after my spinach omelet. I like to add walnuts and maple syrup to mine (tomorrow's fare).
I've never used coconut oil, what's its purpose?

Organic Virgin coconut oil is supposed to have a lot of good fats in it as well as a bunch of other stuff I can't remember at the moment. It has to be virgin and organic though to get the benefits. Google it. It has a lower smoking point but it is delicious as both a flavoring and for light frying and it's very good for the skin also ..supposedly. so use it topically and internally .

    My fast go-to breakfast.
Oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, walnut chunks, maple syrup. And a few cups of joe. I will have to try it with coconut oil soon and report back.
    Good morning everyone.
