No ice-cream Steph. That would make it a Frappe, or so I'm told. I have no idea what a Frappe is. A smoothie with ice-cream perhaps, or a milkshake?!?!?!

Yesterdays breakfast consisted of four eggs, chopped bacon, two mushrooms, one small onion, some mixed herbs and a dab of butter all fried up into a mess of scrambled eggs. All topped off with a good helping of Nepalese rock salt and cracked black pepper.

Needless to say, I didn't bother with any other meal until dinner time.

This morning I had a thick slice of fresh home made bread with melted chedder cheese, ham and a fried egg. Salt and pepper (of the regular kind). Sorry no photo's of this one.
