In my store it's usually in the 'healthy stuff' section - where the organic packaged food is, next to the organic rice and flours (it's a fairly big subsection with mostly bob's red mill and arrowhead mills items). They reorganize things every once in a while and in the past it's been next to the organic breakfast cereals (the flax seed is there too).

I get them from UK since its cheaper for me to buy them there. here is the ebay link to the person i buy from. also get my coconut oil from this place. Organic Raw Whole Dark Chia Seeds 1kg Naturally Vegan Omega 3 6 CHIA4UK Ltd | eBay
if you buy els where make sure the seller has a certified organic license. you buy quality seeds at atleast 99,99% pure.. dont buy seeds from china.
1 tablespoon into the meal/drink is enugh.//Magnus

These are just a few healthy super foods I add in my daily smoothies and shakes. Is it going to make me invincible, no. Does it make me feel good and respect my body, yes.

I'm loving this thread!
Getting a Vitamix has been a truly life changing experience.
In our family we have replaced at least one meal a day with a green smoothie.
All of us feel better for it, with higher energy levels and better functioning "internal plumbing"
And as Max says, the feeling of respecting your body is an added bonus.
We don't follow any recipes all that religiously, but more use what's in season and in the house.
Just yesterday I even ordered a second one (a Blendtec) to keep at the office.
My partner is wanting to jump in as wellBjoernar
Um, all of them, any of them that have been in front of me over all these years....

Todays Blend
cup of water
2 hand fulls of mixed green stuff
5 Goji berrys
2tbs Red currant
only core from Pineapple
5 Purple grapes
1tbs chia seeds
1tbs Coconut oil
half green lemon
A pretty sweet blend. Thats why i added the lemon and that helped.
