I grind Jalapeños in my blender to a liquid and use it in a lot of dishes. I love the flavor of Jalapeños. I also grow my own Red Sabina Habañeros and preserve them in vinegar. Later I mix about half and half with vinegar and a little salt and garlic and blend for a nice hot sauce. The bottle I have on display with the Traveler Razor I've had for a couple years and haven't opened.

Thanked: 586Okay here's a hot tip! My buddy Liam over at The Angry Pepper Home asked me to evaluate some sauces he received from the Scoville Food Institute Hot Sauce | The Scoville Food Institute makes great hot sauces :: [the science of heat] . I am really diggin' the Oh, orange habanero sauce. I just had it on a bagel and I thought I'd pass it on. The company's schtick is the periodic table look with sauces ranging from mild jalapeno up through pretty hot Fa, fatali pepper sauces. These eight sauces are all natural ingedients, good tasty recipes and nice textures. You know, the kind of sauces I like. Then for you who have a yurning for burning and don't care about taste, they have two Otc, off the chart "pepper extract" formulae.
I want to get one of the t-shirts.
Oh, here's laugh for you:

megadeath revisited
Well, I accidentally left the sriracha at home today. So for lunch I resorted to my backup bottle of megadeath I keep here and decided to save two pounds of rice and veggies with it. Remembering what happened last time, I decided to only allow three eyedrops' worth of sauce into my lunch
There is not much in the way of flavor to this sauce, but it gave it just the right kick for me

I enjoy Tabasco, and of course I love Frank's on wings, and Chalula on mexican.
But the hot sauces I love the most are Blair's. I have a bottle of this
Blair's Sauces and Snacks : The Official Home of Blair's Death Sauce and Extreme Food*::*Reserve Collection*::*Currently Available*::*3 A.M. Reserve
and tried some the other day: 1 drop of this sauce on a tortilla chip. It is VERY VERY hot. Surprisingly flavorful, though. It started off warm and smoky, with a delightful tingly warmth. It then proceeded to get hotter and hotter and hotter. Quite an experience.
I also picked up this:
Blair's Sauces and Snacks : The Official Home of Blair's Death Sauce and Extreme Food*::*Hot Sauces*::*Death Sauce*::*Death Sauce Mini 4-Pack
and have really enjoyed it. They are all very good, with complex flavors, my favorite is the After Death sauce, it has a great taste and is very yummy when put in a Prairie Fire. (tequila+hot sauce in a shot)
