Thanked: 1160So here is my problem for tonight...... Sad but true that when it comes to a good cuppa at the restaurant(any of them really). there aint no sech critter. If you went to the Brown Palace, okay then, but the general "Herd menatlity" is "UH...Tea ?...Yeah we got it ?"You end up getting a luke warm pot of water and a choice of tea bag that is pretty much floor sweepings in a little muslin sack with a string.Sounds yummy don't it now. I think a brown or green Crayon dipped in hot water would fare better . So I guess I'm all tea hardcore now. Heck I'm not even wanting to step on coffee drinkers toes,I just want to be able to get a decent cuppa tea at the inn of choice so's I kin enjoy stuffin me gob .
Well....As the story goes,I have ended up back home and am currently sipping down a cup of Kusmi Tea (Prince Vladimere Blend). MMM nothing finer then a good cup O tea !! Payday is comin and I hope to see some Toika blend(Bergamot,Mandarin Orange ) or Maybe Anastasia Blend(Earl gray,Lemon and Orange Blossom) in my near Future. Yep.....I do like me some Tea nowadays.

Thanked: 1160I woudn't think of it that way Loon. Reverse that thought .What it sounds like is your preferential to Earl grey. Fair enough. You will like any of their Russian blends because most have Bergamot as an ingredient. They have a Straight up Earl Grey if that is what you would like. But I been looking at either the Anastasia or the Polish blend Earl grey. One is Earl grey with lemon and lime and the other is Earl grey with lemon and orange. Of course you could drink Czar Nichola's favorite for real which is called Bouquet of flowers which is Earl grey ,citrus and flower petals....oh and this just in heh...I just sawthat they have a smokey Earl grey. Now I know how you like that smokey stuff...least I think I do anyhow ?? Either way you won't be dissappointed. I just don't think that Czar Nick !! is very kosher...there's something artificial about them if that makes sense.

Thanked: 198oh i like my smokey tea's that is for certain, i have been drinking that czar nicholas like you saw in that earlier pic, and i do admit i like it, cant brew it long or lots of tea leaves, or it does become undrinkable, but this would probably be as close to earl gray as i could get.
