Today's brunch: home made turkish borek with a cup of pu erh. I've had a little bit of a hang-up on this bread lately, quick and easy to make, and delish with a nice cup of tea. Good stuff for a slow sunday.

Glass is class as you say... Glass is the only way to go... At least for copious amounts of tea
As for the Spurtle... I have so much stuff bouncing and clanging around in my mind...

Bôrek shortbread
3 eggs
1 dl sunflower oil
2 dl greek yoghurt
3-4 dl plain wheat flour (keep rather loose, think cake consistency)
200g feta cheese
200g black olives
1/2 onion cut semi finely
1 tbs baking powder
100g grated white cheese, like jarlsberg or gouda
a handful of fresh parsley
salt
Bake at 170c for 30 minutes.
(If you don't use metric, use 1 cup for each 2 dl)Last edited by str8fencer; 10-26-2014 at 04:14 PM.
