I tried this the other day... I must say, what a suprise... Quite pleasant with flavor... It was light to begin with, but the after taste was nice...

I'll drink 4-6 cups of strong, bitter coffee in the morning and after lunch, I'll a couple of cups of green or black tea. I like the smoothness of the green tea but occassionally the bitterness of the black calls to me! Because I am not a fan of sweets in general, I avoid sweeteners most of the time but every once in a while, I'll add some honey.

well I got my glass tea kettle and two "teaism" glass tea cups for valentines day. one of the cups quote "Make tea not war!" - Monty Python and the other "Come, let us have some tea and continue to talk about happy things." - Chaim Potok. I also got some Taj asam chai which I am drinking now. I was just informed that my next order has already shipped from teavana! Rock sugar and jar, Mirrabelle double wall glass tea pot, Black Dragon Pearl black tea, Peppermint herbal tea, and Dokudami Umami herbal tea!

What are some good "right before bed" tea types? I know most herbal teas are good but what other suggestions have you?

Sounds good... Lately I've been drinking chai before bed... and by before bed I mean I sip on a cup for about 45 min or so and relax and shortly after it's finished I am in bed. lol... but I have noticed that with the chai I am dreaming more in my sleep. Which means I am not getting to that super deep sleep point. Of coarse the dreams I have had were amazingly good so I may not change anything.
