Thanked: 227Last night's dinner with the wife.
Cheese fondue as a starter, with some garlic chiabatta and a glass of home brewed wine.
The main was some lamb shank baked in a little parcel with vegetables and a little homemade wine. Served with some herbed mashed potatoes, I left the skin on.

Sorry I can't share tonight's. Today was my family's reunion. Now there's several lady's who cook the old way and lot's of it. Fried chicken dressing gravy home made sourdough rolls and real butter that they made. peas and beans of all description. pork tender loin and roast beast. The cakes and pies were just wonderful. there was cherry pie caramel pie chocolate pie just to name a few and all home made. my wife baked a hummingbird cake . the pies and cakes are a diabetics night mare. I do believe I ate a bite of dinner I would explode.
