That zucchini grill looks good. It all looks good!!! open a restaurant. that rosemary looks good too. When i grill i throw wild mexican rosemary on the grill and let it smoke..It grows here like crazy.

Tonight was seared tuna with mashed potatoes and roasted zucchini - good but not particularly exciting even with a bit of wasabi on the potatoes.

But yesterday I made a really nice soup of a squash - roasted the squash for a bit of that flavor, meanwhile cooked an onion few carrots and a bit of celery, a stalk of fresh oregano on a whim, ancho and chipotle peppers. Once everything was done added a good measure of half&half and after that came to a boil blended it leaving some texture.
A 'swirl' of pumpkin seed oil in the bowl and it was perfect (even with a teaspoon instead of a soup spoon ):

We visited friends in Birmingham, UK this summer and rediscovered baltis. Revisited The Vine after almost twenty years and had a great curry :-) Welcome to The Vine Bar, Indian Restaurant and indoor BBQ, West Bromwich | Restaurant quality food at pub prices

Bought some cookbooks and started experimenting with balti suppers. Anyone else like balti curries?
