Whats great about beerbutt chickin is you can put some white wine in the can,or leave some beer in it.
Stuff it with fresh garden herbs such as rosemary,it infuses the meat.

Well they should try living next to a papermill. Talk about smell

I remember in the Toronto Ont. area that a developer built this huge subdivision next to a pig slaughtering house.

The developer sold the homes claiming the residents would never know (be disturbed by the plant).

Just before I moved south, I recall there was a petition to have the slaughterhouse closed as the pigs screams, as they were about to be killed, and the the smell of death was bothering the residents.
