An old favourite of mine. Eggs in a hole, with a bit of feta
Some prosciutto and pineapple to give contrasting flavours.
    Happy dinner.

I love Penzeys! If your nose is plugged up just walk into their store! I have a coupon around here someplace... A good excuse for a visit.

How many different names are there for an egg in a hole? I grew up with 'Moon Over Miami'.

I could smell that from here...send a bowl over please . Penzey's rocks. I was told that their success lies in that they keep their stock moving and fresh ,nothing sitting idle in a warehouse. Looks good n hearty !

Tapas night at home. Octopus vinaigrette, potatoes bravas, white beans with olive, shrimp in spicy tomato sauce, dates with chorizo and bacon, roasted peppers in vinaigrette, olives, and fresh baked bread. What a feast!
