Tonight's fare: spaghetti aglio e olio, with some breadcrumbs. One of the family's favorites.

Thanked: 2Not got a picture of it, but I went for a combination of using the last of the meat in the freezer before filling it again tomorrow and using up leftovers...started out not having a clue what I was going to make and ended with a strips of steak, cooked in a mustard a onion sauce, with couscous and a green salad. There were various bits of veg in the couscous, but I forget what they are as I made it a couple of days ago!

Keep showing meals like that and I'm going to sell off everything (except the razors and stuff) and move to Norway.

Thanked: 2I'd agree with that, but when I'm just cooking for myself most of the time I tend not to worry about how it looks. On the occasions I cook for others, i.e. my flat mates, then I do think about how it looks.
Hopefully I'll have some pictures today - dinner went in the oven 3 hours ago and it's got another 6 to go!Last edited by RSully; 01-18-2015 at 02:58 PM.
