Tonight's fare: spaghetti aglio e olio, with some breadcrumbs. One of the family's favorites.

Not got a picture of it, but I went for a combination of using the last of the meat in the freezer before filling it again tomorrow and using up leftovers...started out not having a clue what I was going to make and ended with a strips of steak, cooked in a mustard a onion sauce, with couscous and a green salad. There were various bits of veg in the couscous, but I forget what they are as I made it a couple of days ago!

That means I'll have to try and make my food dumped on a plate look half decent! I always go for the approach of just piling it on!

Just my opinion but, there's definitely more to eating than just the act. Any Food industry soul would probably agree...the more appealing the visual the better the meal is.You eat with your eyes.

Keep showing meals like that and I'm going to sell off everything (except the razors and stuff) and move to Norway.

I'd agree with that, but when I'm just cooking for myself most of the time I tend not to worry about how it looks. On the occasions I cook for others, i.e. my flat mates, then I do think about how it looks.

Hopefully I'll have some pictures today - dinner went in the oven 3 hours ago and it's got another 6 to go!
