Just the opposite on this end. Just got back from an ice fishing trip and and we got talking and never had fish chili. The more burners lit the warmer the shack is! Made a batch of chili and tossed in a bunch of Walleye and Sauger at the end. Good Eating!

Last nights supper ..........Thin white and whole wheat spaghetti with Portobello mushrooms and garlic tossed in olive oil and bacon fat,fresh chopped parsley and fresh grated Parmesan cheese.

Potluck Supper : Leftovers can be a good thing. Jasmine rice sauteed in butter and bacon fat with peas, carrots, pearl onions,portobella mushroom,sage and smoked paprika and beefstock topped with some fresh grated parmesan cheese and a few chicken pelmeni for company. All washed down with an Angry Orchard Green apple cider !
