In a week and 1/2 four of us are renting a fish house for the weekend. My best friend who is bringing his father [70 and something] with says that he will bring breakfast. He goes for Venison eggs potatoes etc.

My son and I [ 20 and something ] are on for dinner.

2 burner propane stove with oven. We have to bring our own dishes etc. [paper plates!]

    Any thoughts for something FUN!

    Forgot to say 2 suppers!

A bottle of good brandy and cigars if you smoke them. For relaxing by the ice hole after dinner.

I don't mind cigars at all but my preference is a pipe. If fish happen to pass under the shack that is great but I cannot depend on that!

You might have better luck if you tee up with someone to give you a good solid boot in the family jewels if you come back empty handed. I reckon a couple of luckless days will have you staying longer and trying harder! You'll soon fatten up on what you catch then.

Again I come with no picture, but the last dinner of the year was cherry smoked bacon wrapped lobster tails and polenta. Goes down with Tattinger.

The rest of the lobsters will become broth soon enough and it usually goes in paella
