Mixing threads here. Just flipped the beef I am corning. I weighted it as recomended and am surprised at how much it compressed. I will have to measure it next time. Should I have it for breakfast or dinner? Maybe for dinner and leftovers for breakfast?

When I ice fish I like a good long tobacco chew.Dont have time to hold a cigar because they normally bite fast and furious. Nothing better than fresh fish through the ice. Ice fishing is like shaving, soooo relaxing
