Tonight it was breakfast for dinner. My wife made scrambled eggs and pancakes and I fried up breakfast sausages. The pancakes were topped off with maple syrup.

A traditional is never out dated in the Breakfast Universe just my opinion though. Sausage and Maple syrup goes together like sneakers n jeans .

Cajun Italian Pasta :Whole wheat thin spaghetti tossed with garlic,olive oil,fresh parsley,mushrooms,Italian sausage and home made Cajun seasoning. Topped with fresh grated Parmesan cheese .
