Well while I wouldn't call this a 'Meal' it was a decent bit to eat.

Smoked Kielbasa on buttered and grilled homemade Italian Peasant bread with some 1-2-3 mustard sauce; (1 part mayonaise-2 parts Dijon Mustard (Or spicy brown mustard) and 3 parts plain yellow mustard. I used spicy brown mustard this time. And some grilled onions. I was going to add some saurkraut but I was out.

It's wifey special so there is no exact recipe. Just add cream, blue cheese and black peppers into pan and warm until the sauce gets real thick. Occasionally add any other ingredients of your choice: herbs, nettles, mushrooms, onions, whatever. Or use any other cheese. Blue cheese is sort of a love it or hate it.

Who could hate blue cheese? I could eat blue veined cheeses everyday. Love it.

I could eat blue cheese a lot but after everyday for 6 months or so it might not be so good.

During high school I worked at a vegetable canning factory. I loved raw peas. That is until after one season of eating many handfuls every day......

I worked at a candy factory for 9 years and refused to have more than 2 lemon drops a week when I was around the line. They are one of my favorites and I didn't want to ruin that.
