    Default Pulled pork

Wife surprised me with a fav tonight.
Slow cooked, drowned in Diane's sauce, and topped with coleslaw.
Side of 'healthy' French fries from the actifry.
Russet home fries cooked with only 1 tbs of canola oil for the 6 spuds used.

Just did this for a lunch party at work. Co worker made the pulled pork, I made 2 heads worth of mustard slaw. Pretty much all gone in an hour. Nothing got done at the airport the rest of the day
