The sensor is on the second shelf down towards the front. I have the high alarm set at 10F.

Especially in a refrigerator there can be a large difference in temps depending on where you measure it. I work with a program that monitors about 300 refrigerators and freezers on our site. So I have plenty of experience with that.

I cleared the memory at my earlier post. I don't think the door was opened any time since. I don't keep that close of tabs on my wife.

0 to 4'f is not a bad swing for a residential unit.

    Didn't get a served picture.

Ox cheek stew. My wife was on a wander round the supermarket which jas a butchery counter. And she loves the reduced shelf 😂

She found some rack of lamb and ox cheek. So the ox got cooked tonight. Even our fussy 10 year old said it was awesome.

I took delivery of a locally raised duck this afternoon. Tasty things are to come, but it might be a while. I'm really excited.

My youngest daughter and her children were here for the day and supper yesterday.

    Supper was:

Bacon topped pork tenderloins with garlic, fresh rosemary and coarse cracked black pepper. Roasted Yukon Potatoes with rosemary, chopped onion, sea salt, ground black pepper tossed in a little EVOO then toward the end topped with some freshly shredded Romano cheese and steamed corn on the Cob.
