    Good. A good steak needs nothing but basic seasoning.

    I added 3 eggs and some cheese and planned on this being breakfast and dinner until my son showed up and ate the dinner part.......Name:  dinner6.jpg

    I like this !!....Usually I add some mushrooms and sliced water chestnuts for added crunch

    Mushrooms are good but I don't care for water chestnuts because of the texture.
