    Nessmucks own chicken & sausage stew...with mushrooms,carrots,peas and herbs..served on a bed of noodles.

    Didn't take a picture cause it didn't look to pretty.
    Anyways, I had roasted acorn squash stuffed with sautéed mushrooms and onions with sage. Absolutely delicious.

    To me looks are a far distance second to taste.

    Well of course. But it was a little burnt on top and by a little I mean a lot so it just looked black. But to me thats tasty crispy bits. Ill look for pictures that my wife may have taken of a previous time.

    Tonight's dinner was hamburgers on the grill and fresh morel mushrooms. I was the only one eating the morels so I didn't cook many. Two halves were cooked in butter w/o breading. The rest were breaded with cracker crumbs, salt and pepper.

    This was starting out as a Mock Stroganoff but then I decided it was better as a brothy soup. I was using ground pork for the meat.Nice crusty peasant bread to go along with it.

    Strip steak,kale and arugula salad with walnuts ,cranberries ,blue cheese. Basil tomato and mozzarella ....and scallions in ice water..then dipped in some salt...raw Baby !!!,

    I never think about a photo until the foods all gone but tonight it was deep fried crappie fillets baked potato cold slaw and of course sweet (with splenda) tea. and sugar free key lime pie. the crappie was caught today.
