I've got to try borshch sometime. Seeing as I'm in Moscow (I know it's not Ukraine, but I'm told they eat it there as well and, anyway, I can travel) for the academic year 2015-16 I'm hoping I'll be able to try it in the next year!

In Moscow, a good borshch can be prepared only by residents of Ukraine. But I could be wrong. . Recommend a very tasty dish.

Is called BORSCHT,made with Shortribs, beef stock,Cabbage,Potatoes,Tomatos, beets, cook for two days on low heat.
Before serving bring to a boil, add some homemade pelmeni, big dollop of smetana on top, food of the gods IMO.

Started curing some more Corned Beef Brisket. I ran a little short of Allspice but I think it will turn out fine. Using bread pans and my Amsden formation sample with 3 cans of corn for weight. [They might be beans as they are unlabeled scratch and dents.] Trying to use a little less room in the refrigerator for the next 5 days. ANTICIPATION!
