    Unless it is crab, lobster or shellfish,do not do fish except Smoked Salmon or catfish in bacon grease,.Alasken Cod in panko bread crumbs is not bad also.

    Default I don't know what you would call this.

    The last day of the game fishing season my son brought home a 35 inch Northern Pike and some Crappies. Today for his lunch he fried up some Pike and Crappies, along with ham, mushrooms, celery, onion and lettuce.

    These are the leftovers that I found when I got home.
