    Been rakeing leaves and mowing the lawn. To tired to cook. Looks like another baloney and cheese sandwich . dinner for a king.

    Farfalle alla bolognese. A favourite in our household.
    The longest part is waiting while the sauce simmers for 1-2 hours.

    Hard to beat some pasta bolognese.
    100% right about simmering the sauce but worth it. Really can't be rushed or it ends up like my wife's [emoji12]

    Agreed, although when I make bolognese I turn the simmer down as low as possible and cook it for 4 hours or more... Twice the time, but if you start on Sunday afternoon its worth the effort!
