Farfalle alla bolognese. A favourite in our household.
The longest part is waiting while the sauce simmers for 1-2 hours.

Agreed, although when I make bolognese I turn the simmer down as low as possible and cook it for 4 hours or more... Twice the time, but if you start on Sunday afternoon its worth the effort! Originally Posted by Bigirishkev
