Here it is...on some noodles..OMG !!! This stuff is rich..with tons of flavor !!! The wife said this is the best dish I ever cooked !!! I use Jamie Oliver's recipe ...check out his video !!!

So , I've stated this before , If you're a Cardiologist , please turn the page heh.....Meat is Goooood !!.....It was cook up the odds n ends tonight. All fried up in the cast iron skillet. Pork stew meat,a couple of italian sausages and some chicken Pelmeni (Russian dumplings). Oh yeah my colon hates me right now...but my stomach luuuuuvs me. My brain also seems to be having a battle of good and naughty going on but,oh well,it'll have to get over it. Cheers !

Eggs country ham red eyed gravy home made biscuit's fresh butter and strawberry jam. some times I like breakfast for dinner. I almost forgot hash brown taters.
