    Last nights Dinner was the best Kali offers,First of the season Fresh Dungeness Crab.
    Huge artichoke from castroville,a little melted butter,some Mayo,homemade sourdough bread.
    Cannot get much better than that

I would say Australian diets in general are closer to a 'typical' American diet than that of our British brethren these days. We do better coffee over here than you blokes in the US though.

    Fish n chips.
    Bluenose fillet, skin on, in beer batter. Home made Mayo with lemon and coriander, and fries.

    Grass feed Strip Steak,Orzo with Kale and Pine nuts (store bought ) fresh green beans, Rosemary and sea salt crusty bread and a bottle of Bogle Merlot....it was delicious !!!

    I have decided to call this Wabashian stew. Our counties are about the same as the areas in Europe.

    Venison, carrots, potatoes, tapioca, and giant puff balls. Don't ask me the proportions as I will never have this again....
    It was great tasting but there will never be the exact same things in the refrigerator as there was today!
