Tonight's dinner was...breakfast. Does this means I should also post it here?
Duck egg-in-a-hole, with a side of bacon, sausages, and hot sauce. A very calory-rich dinner after some serious snow shoveling.
Eggs-in-a-hole were a staple of my childhood lunches. Anyone else?

I was raised calling them Moons over Miami. Still make them when I need a nostalgic moment.

I've heard'em called one eyed Buffalos also. Funny how these names come about but, good dish whatever it's called.

Home made pizza. Blue cheese, mozzarella, sun dried tomato, a heap of bacon, and my darling wife's perfect base. Yum yum.
