    Nice one, Sailor

Another day, another serving of grilled meat and potato-boats. (I think I just stick with that name now)

I made these after using a healthy(?) slab of Woody's burger sauce in the minced meat.
That and garlic, salt, pepper and some onion.

It fit the bill perfectly, now where's that remote control and sofa....

    No red meat today.
My fish monger had some deliscious looking wild-caught salmon that we just had to have
    Made it en papillotte.
Just a bunch of veggies and some mushrooms along with the fish and some herbs and spices in tin-foil.
20 minutes on the old weber and were eating like royalsName: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1401719349.171972.jpg

Sound very good. My wife made a similar salmon dish this weekend. She put a salmon filet on a bed of couscous in a pouch made of parchment paper( Is this what en papillotte means?). Tomato and herbs are placed on the salmon with some white wine poured over all. The pouch is stapled up and placed in the oven.

I forgot the lemon slices. They are placed on top of the filet along with the tomatoes & herbs.

Yes, if I remember my school-French it sure does! I was served that on a restaurant in NYC on my engagement dinner back in 94. The Captain's table I think it was called. Have loved it ever since

I had the Maitre d on that place hide the ring in a mock up before we actually ate. She was very surprised, both by the question and the violin players that suddenly surrounded our table. Good times!
