Default just wanted to share tonight's dinner with you guys..

Sunday dinner in the making. A pork Wellington with some lovely Parma ham. Should be done in about ten minutes. Potatoes, brussels sprouts and a Mushroom sauce to go with that. For dessert we have whipped cream filled with cloud-berries. Yummy!Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1396791781.288871.jpg

    Nice Birnando!
I have a pork center loin chilling with a dry rub,
I was going to smoke it slow and then wrap in homemade puff pastry dough and do a smoked pork wellington!

Reminds me of beef wellington night. When i was a lot younger me and my housemates used to make beef wellington every wednesday night and everyone was welcome. We had twenty people show up one time.

Well, It ain't no side of meat. In fact, it's way healthy....but it sure hit the spot. Whole wheat Pitas stuffed with Mayo, smoked Gouda cheese, Red onion, Tomato, Cucumber, and Fresh dill sprigs. Sliced Dill Pickle for a partner. Name: 002.jpg

Wow, what a great thread! My favorite dishes are in the spicy Caribbean category. I love to make Jamaican meat patties (pies) with my own habanero peppers. I also make a wonderful (and spicy) pea stew also from Jamaica. A big side of fried plantains and its a feast fit for a king!
